You Can Count on Rick Rand

For 13 years serving in Frankfort, I’ve worked hard to advocate the views of my district on important Kentucky issues while working continuously to be a strong advocate for our family farms, small businesses, working families and senior citizens. While serving as your state representative, it’s my job to get it right.  I’ve worked to bring back our hard-earned tax dollars to benefit the counties of Trimble, Carroll, Henry and Oldham.

As chairman of the budget committee, we have continued to balance Kentucky’s budget without raising taxes and have kept Kentucky on solid financial footing.

Too often in today’s world, common sense seems to have disappeared from our government.  It is my promise to you that I will continue to promote the common sense values of our citizens and to make sure that your voices are heard in the halls at the state capitol.  My door is always open and I hope to hear from you.
